• Due to high credit card fees I'm changing my pricing a bit on items over $1000.00. The advertised prices on the site will be the credit card price. A 2% discount will be applied for payment made by cash, cashiers checks, postal money orders and bank wires
• The 2% cash discount does not apply when trades are involved
• 24 hour approval on all guitars (unless trades are involved or otherwise stated)
• No approval on vintage amps or parts
• Vintage guitars, amps and parts sales by cashiers check, money orders, or bank wire only
• Customer pays all shipping and insurance costs
• All guitars with a value of $2,500.00 or more will be shipped 3-day service or quicker only
• Customer solely responsible for damage claims incurred during shipping and all claims must be handled between customer and shipper
• Before returning any item, customer must call for a return authorization
• A returned item must be in the same exact condition as when it left the store, if it's an "as new" guitar, then it has to come back the same way
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customers expense
• Returned items bought with a credit card will be subject to a 2.5% restocking fee

• All accessories must be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit only
• Items in opened or destroyed packaging are not returnable

• A 50% non-returnable deposit is required on all special order or non-stocking items
• No returns or exchanges on special order or non-stocking items

• Consignments of vintage or "high end" used guitars are welcome
• Commission fees: Items with a selling price of $1,500.00 - $3,900.00 will be at a 15% commission, items with a selling price of $4,000.00 or higher will be at a 10% commission.
• Consignment items must stay in store inventory for a minimum of 30 Days
• No warranty on consignment items
