Rewind Electric NOS wire aged PAF pickup set. I worked with James of Rewind for a number of months to create these exclusive pickups for the 15th Anniversary run of guitars I did with Dave Johnson. They were exclusive for those 7 guitars but I had James do a few extra sets. the idea was to replicate the overwound double white and zebra bobbin PAF’s from late ‘59 into ‘60. The pickups were all wound documented NOS spools of wire. James also spent a great amount of time and effort aging the pickups to look period correct as they were being installed without covers in this run of aged guitars. This set has a zebra bridge pickup & double white neck. They come with a set of Rewind aged nickel covers along with a detailed certificate.
