(Item#289) 1956 Fender Telecaster
(Item#289)(consignment) 1956 Fender Telecaster being sold for the 3rd owner, other than a pro re-fret, guitar is all original, neck & body are both dated “7-56”, pot dates - 20th week of ‘56, great weight at 7 lbs 2 ounces, soft V neck that measures: 1st fret - .862”, 12th fret - .946”, re-fret with vintage size fret wire, new lacquer finish over fingerboard only, pickups read: bridge - 5.62K, neck - 7.23K, bridge cover included, the outer 2 latches on original tweed case have been replaced with current reissues. Guitar was carefully taken apart to document dates and details. During this, every screw was returned to the exact location it came from. Many pictures listed. Guitar will be shipped overnight and buyer will need to purchase 3rd party insurance or have “In Transit” coverage added to an existing policy if you want it insured. Both FedEx and UPS will take payment for any value you wish to pay for. BUT, when you read the fine print, neither will actually cover a loss of more than $1,000.00 on a vintage guitar. So, basically useless!
